Kinsey anniversary inspires fresh look
at women’s sexualities
Alfred Kinsey and his colleagues published Sexual Behavior in the Human Female 50 years ago this coming September. Commemorative events focusing on research, scholarship, academic freedom and the arts, plus a visit from Gloria Steinem next week, are planned.

Gov. Frank O'Bannon visited the Northwest
Center for Medical Education at IU Northwest in Gary Jan. 29 to
get a first-hand look at research projects and teaching innovations
promoting the life sciences. The facility is one of eight regional
medical centers in the statewide system of the IU
