‘Making IT (information technology) Happen!’

Making IT Happen! will highlight information technology services, tools, resources, support and innovations at IU that benefit IU’s nearly 100,000 students, faculty and staff. The fair, offered by University Information Technology Services with sponsorship by some of IU’s technology partners, will offer giveaways, door prizes, food and refreshments.

“Our user surveys show us we can do more to help the IU community become more aware of the incredible IT talent and tools that are available to them,” said Garland Elmore, associate vice president for teaching and learning information technologies. “We’ve found that the Making IT Happen! fair is a great way to get out the word. We’re especially pleased this year to see students at the IUB campus showcasing their academic projects that use information technology.”
