The Web site of University Information Technology Services (UITS) at IU, which unveiled a new look March 24, has been selected as a ?site to see? by the Association for Communications Technology Professionals in Higher Education, also known as ACUTA. IU is one of three schools being recognized for effective Internet sites for the first quarter of the year. The site was selected based on the criteria of content delivery, timeliness, ease of use, accessibility and graphic appeal, said Anna Hines, chair of the ACUTA Web Site Recognition Task Force. The site is featured on the ACUTA home page (http://www.acuta.org) and IU will be recognized in this month?s issue of ACUTA e-News and at ACUTA?s annual conference this summer.
