Non-profit organizations in Indiana studied by IU Center for Survey Research

The IU Center for Survey Research in near completion of a three-year project entitled "Community Dimensions in Indiana Survey."

Begun in 1999, the survey of non-profit organizations in Indiana is a joint effort of IU’s Center on Philanthropy and School of Public and Environmental Affairs. It is designed to develop solid information on a broad array of the more than 60,000 non-profit organizations of all types in the state.

The results of the survey are expected to show the many important ways that non-profits contribute to state and local communities, lay the foundation for more collaboration and highlight regional differences and similarities among the non-profit organizations in different communities across the state.
