IU Foundation takes three CASE Circles of Excellence

The Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) has awarded national honors to three publications produced by the IU Foundation.

The IU Foundation’s 2002 Annual Report won one of three gold medals awarded in a division with more than 90 entries in the annual Circle of Excellence Awards competition. Writer Bill Holladay, designer David Richardson and Jana Wilson, director of creative services, produced the winning piece.

The New Ground newsletter for donors and friends of IU won the only gold medal in competition with 38 other entries. The newsletter was produced by Richardson, Wilson, writer/editor Liz Rosdeitcher, and writers Geoffrey Pollock and Cary Boyce. A brochure for the Well House Society, the IU Foundation’s association for donors giving up to $10,000 annually to IU, won a bronze medal, one of eight given in a category with nearly 100 entries. The team producing the piece, in addition to Wilson, was comprised of writer Nick Riddle and designer Terry Howe.
