University Human Resources has initiated a review of exempt (PA) positions to ensure compliance with new Department of Labor regulations governing overtime exemption status of employees under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). “The ongoing process continues to confuse and concern many of our colleagues across campus and across the university,” Rogan wrote in an E-mail.
