AskIU is a question-and-answer service available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
There are three ways to contact AskIU:
- Email. Send your question to AskIU@iu.edu.
- IU Mobile. Access IU Mobile at m.iu.edu.
- Chat. If you're using IU's Unified Communications (UniCom) service, start an online chat with AskIU.
